India to whitewash the poms.
Ginger I believe that unpredictable weather is more likely to produce results than draws, unless many sessions are lost due to rain.
Last summer against Pakistan all four games ended with a result in such weather, because all batsmen struggled in the conditions against top bowling.

hopeforthebest,
Disagree with you there.. pakistan batsmen were poor regardless of the weather, 3 newbies and dropped 3 expereinced batsmen... just a woeful batting line up....
Also, indias batsmen will be much better, but bowlers will decide this series in my opinion... if the weather suits the english bowlers, the indians wont last long..... and the less said about the indian bowlers the better!!!
I don't think so. Both sides have excellent bowlers and batsmen in form- that will mean good cricket overall and no boring draws.
Unless the pitches are unbelievably flat like Cardiff 2009 or Brisbane 2010 that do not change course throughout the 5 days, I'm sure we'll get a result in all 4 Tests.
Last time India toured England, all 3 pitches somewhat favored batsmen, yet one could have a result in all 3- we were robbed in the first due to rain and stodgy tail-end resistance while in the 3rd it was poor captaincy.
I don't think poor captaincy will be a problem in this series and as for tail-end resistance- such draws are quite welcome.
Finally, regarding practice matches, my say:

Hope
Pakistan brought over the worst batting line up I have ever seen BUT also a couple of top class bowlers.
