And we probably would top the Financial Fair PLay league if their was one.
You can't have a serious discussion if you're going to use non sequiturs like this -

Leaving that sentence in your question reduces your 'serious discussion' to the level of the playground, ie, not serious at all.

Why do people automatically think that because someone is a billionaire he is going to bankroll a club like Chelsea, city or PSG? Usmanov ain't going to part with his money that easily.
