For me he needs to pick a team and stick by it. He is making too many changes at the moment.

Mullins needs to be dropped and Morrison in and I haven't seen anything of Ambrose that suggests he should be starting week in week out.

Pick a winning team Saturday Clark and then stick by it for the next ten games and give them a chance to work together.

Good call bcfc83, I agree. But I have a suspicion this season that if Mullins is fit and available, he'll be playing.

I think Carr and Murphy will make a big difference to the back 4 and going forward too.

What do you think is our strongest striking partnership?

Personally i'd like to see Redmond play off the striker.

With how King has been playing, I would like to see him dropped along with Mullins. He needs to make a statement this weekend because the fans won't be happy if he picks the same lot.

Redmond isn't having such a great time on that left side so I think maybe playing him off a striker may work.

King has been so frustrating to watch, continually offside, awful first touch. Then again the service has been pretty non existent.

Clark has to be bold this weekend and prove the doubters wrong, the players picked need to stand up and be counted and give a typical "Blues" performance.

I still think that King and Lovenkrants is the best striking partnership we have. King isn't on form at the moment but he had a slow start last year and still got 18 goals.

I would play Redmond on the left but tell him to drop inside with the ball and I would play Burke, Spector and Morrison in Midfield with him.

I hope Carr and Murphy are back the weekend as we have missed them big time. Davies looks off the boil and Caldwell looks like it maybe a season too far for him. If Carr isn't fit we will have to play Spector right back and put Gomis in the middle even if I am not his biggest fan.

And we have got to stick with Butland in goal and start building his confidence.

I'd have

Butland

Carr Caldwell ibanez murphy

Burke gomis Morrison Redmond

Zigic lovenkrands

Davies needs a kick up the **** and marlon king needs to do some offside and team work training before I even want to see him on our bench. Ambrose and mullins have been disappointing and I dont know why after a very good game v charlton Morrison has been dropped? Off the pitch problems? I don't care as long as he does it on the pitch!

Shake it up show he's not afraid to drop the biggest names if they don't perform

I would like to see a Zigic - Lovenkrands partnership too. But Clark will start with King again I imagine.

As for the midfield, Morrison must start along side either Gomis or Spector (should Carr be fit). Which means no place for Ambrose or Mullins, I can't really see Clark not playing atleast one of these two

Morrison has to start. Davies could be gone come tomorrow and if we play Ibaneze and Caldwell together be prepared to conceed goals. Just like we did at Leicester last year with simple balls over the top.

Too right. Caldwell has looked very slack so far this season, a shadow of the player we saw last year. As for Ibanez, he's not a defender that fills you with confidence. We just look like conceding goals every time the opposition attacks.

personally i would drop butland and keep doyle in goals for the rest of the season. so what if he plays for england or got in the olympic team, it does not make him first choice keeper for us. lets be fair, Hart and Foster are in front of him for england.

Yes Tinker let's play Doyle who conceded 3 against a league 1 club at Coventry!

Give the kid a chance, he will come good, just like Hart had a shaky start Butland has too but he is a good keeper and you have to stick by him.

To be honest i think butland's shakey form is having an affect on the defenders in front of him, curtis davies normally so confident to bring the ball out of defence, along with spector and murphy just lumping it forward like its a hot potato.

Butland may turn out like richard wright, joe hart or scott loach! but we should stick with him and find out

Agreed, Hart was very dodgy for the first few matches and then became quite solid... maybe JB will be the same...
