I dunno, Chelsea are doing pretty good aint they

exactly, we will have such brilliant balance if these deals happen.

Looks really good, could still do with a pacy, deadly finisher though I reckon. Spurs will be up there at the end of the season, though i do worry about their depth in the middle.

But AVB is a considerably better manager than RDM.

Good first XI. When one of the wingers or Adebayor has an injury? Hmm

None of this Terry & Lampard malarkey.

Mr C what would you rather have:

Sexy high line football

or...

Trophies?

I'm leaning more to the former. What about you?

mr chelsea, you have to admit if we pull these signings off, we will have 1 hell of a first 11 with decent back up aswell

Moutinho
Dembele
Gylfi
Lennon
Bale

All these will never start together

I have to credit to Chelsea for winning the CL, but my gawd, what extremely painful viewing
soooo dull and negative

How is Terry past it?

posted on 31/8/12

Don you do seem to be building a good team. AVB's a bigger name abroad especially in Portugal. Dont think you would have got Moutinho under Harry.

Saint - Trophies > High Line losing football

posted on 31/8/12

Hombre it was painful viewing seeing us pegged back so much but if it did happen to Tottenham one day and you had to defend for your lives to win a trophy, you would enjoy it so much more because you won it against the odds

posted on 31/8/12

Why not?

Moutinho is a box to box player/playmaker
Dembele is the all-round midfielder who can do everything
Gylfi is the AM
Bale & Lennon are they wingers...

Fair enough you could put Sandro in there as a solid DM if need be.

But under AVB, all the play will be in the opponents half were an attacking mid's will be favoured over DM's...

posted on 31/8/12

Yes i agree Mr cheslea, we would of never got Moutinho under Harry.

High Line losing football

T'was only losing football as Terry was on the pitch along with other players that couldn't/wouldn't adapt.

This is very flawed! He will never start a game without a DM!

Mr Chelsea Agree
But watching as a neutral was tough viewing, I just wanna watch a good game

Good thing they didn't. we won two trophies without that crap.
