Its unthinkable TBH!

Patience, though I know it's difficult. I'm sure there will be one more deal.

one more deal.

So from 3 deals it has now gone down to 1 deal

Just read that Spurs are close to signing Moutinho? Would be an absolute class signing. Really rate this guy over Sahin and to think he could only be slightly more expensive than Allen is scary!

None of us know what's going on behind the scenes, sky sports don't know everything.

You think you've got it bad, have a peek at the arsenal board, some have already started sticking their heads in the gas ovens.

5 and a half hours to go and we're already moaning

Moutinho deal is close to collapse over personal terms

Allen has been our best player so far this season so do not see why you are complaining about him?

We will get Dempsey if we're lucky.

Allen has been very impressive but I just think that Moutinho would be the better option given his goalscoring record. The long-term successor to SG?

Really, I have to wonder whether some people have actually seen these players play, or just believe SSN reporters saying they are world class.

I'd say it's fairly safe that 70% of English fans have not seen either Sahin or Moutinho play more than 5 times. They are both fairly unknown quantities. And Allen has come in and played well already, I wish people would stop being so dramatic.

I would imagine that any negotiations of any kind are taking place anywhere buy Anfield. Also, in this day and age, the parties to negotiation may not even be in the same building/town/county/country. Provided registration is undertaken by 11:00pm, then all will be well. Also, as far as Fulham are concerned, it seems that they are buying in new players to replace Dempsey. Now, i wonder where hes headed?jimmyTheRed

.............

Allen is not a goal-scorer though..

There is no way we had 22 million to spend on one player. If Carroll had left for 20 million instead of on loan I think this would be a different window. It is frustrating however we can not go out and spend big without offloading big. We have spent not far off 30 million so far with very little coming in so the Sahin loan deal and Allen is probably better for the team than just Moutiniho... Kenny/Comolli have actually left a massive mess behind more than we probably think.
