I don't think Chamakh is a bad player but he just hasn't got it mentally! He's rather lazy and just wants to be paid the money instead of playing football!

especially when we didn't sign anyone!
Wenger: "If Song goes, we will sign someone in the defensive midfield area, certainly."

He's not bad. He's absolutely shocking
Lex.
4-4-2 with Arteta/Cazorla or Arteta/Diaby is dangerous.
If you had Schweinsteiger / Arteta, OK.
So do we have the squad to promote Theo to striker?
I was happy to see song go and still am, I fully expected us to replace him as well because we are lacking quality/depth

why let Bendtner go when he is better striker than Chamakh, shouldn't it had been the other way round?
Someone should have told Mr. Wenger that the transfer window is closed at midnight.
What you guys seem to be forgetting is that during the days before and immediately after Song was sold, we were being told that Sahin was a 'done deal' and there would be another CDM coming in too.
Of course people were pleased to see the back of Song then. He's got to be in the top 5 most overrated Arsenal players in all the years I've been watching us.
That he's not been replaced is the problem, not the fact we sold him.
Because Bendtner didn't want to stay with us!
We got rid of a CDM who cant defend for absolutely no-one.
Great move Wenger
we've got loads of midfielders, selling Song hasn't weakened us because he wants pants. Can't believe we haven't signed a forward.

No you can't fool the old Lady Juve.
Yes Lex, I get that, but every Arsenal fan and his dog knew there was a huge probability we'd fack the Sahin deal till it died. The fact we sold him is a problem, as now we're relying on Diaby for the rest of the season.
Song was still far more useful to us than Diaby or Ramsey will ever be, so in the end not replacing him properly is going to have a negative impact on our season.

I can see Ramsey playing the ultimate killer pass to Gerv when we need a goal.
We are going to get relegated.
For this reason, I am defecting to Man City.
