I think the crowd was really flat today, not even they could muster a bit of noise to lift the players.
Glad someone's happy with losing 2/3 of the first three matches, that Reina has howled again, that Gerrard was non-existent, that we're embarrassing to watch, that we can't score, that we can't defend, that we have a manager who is clueless, that we have owners who don't give a tuppenny toss.
Not having a striker is not good but don't think it had any bearing on this result. You have to create chances for a striker and the only meaningful one came in the 85th minute.

Mine is to be patient, because I can see the plan, but realise the plan will take at least a season to start coming together properly. At the end of this season, if FSG don't back Brendan, then I would be worried as he will have a much clearer idea who he can utilise, and who he can't.

We weren't the better team, we didn't sell all our strikers, and not buying dempsey has noting to do with conceding so many goals.

You do realise that if this crp continues we could be looking at next season in the Championship, that's always supposing Rodgers lasts that long. OK, maybe a bit drastic to come out with that after three games but right now I see no light at the end of this long tunnel we're in.

Really? You wouldn't like trophies as well? I don't like City buying the title, either; I'd like to go back to basics, ship out all the foreign players and get back to British only, and pay players the minimum wage, but blame the FA and the Prem for that demise of standards.
