You are talking about two different worlds. Semi professional and professional football.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
A little history lesson for you. Back in I think it was 1984 or so when pitches were hard to play on and a tackle could still be felt 3 weeks later one top level team had something like 9 games in 24 days at the end of the season and still had a european final to play.
One of their players was interviewed on TV and the reporter commented on what a gruelling time it was with so many games in such a short time. The player just looked at him and said "no getting up at 5am starting at 6am welding sheets of steel in a boat yard for 12 hours a day now thats hard work. Playing football and getting paid for it is not work its fantastic.
That player was Graham Roberts who captained us to the the Uefa Cup two weeks after that interview and we had signed him from Weymouth a matter of months earlier. Yes Weymouth SEMI PRO and he did not think games 2 or 3 days apart were a problem. Maybe people on here know better having done all that.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Why do you insist on living in the past?
First off, Graham Roberts is proper bell but fairplay to him for stepping up and making the grade. Jamie Vardy did the same thing too. Every now again you get these rough diamonds.
So Conte makes one little remark about tiredness and in your time machine mind, you label him whiny.
You are over reacting but what I find most interesting is the fact you try to belittle him, then in a narcissistic way, you go on about talking semi pro football because you use to dabble in it back in the day.
It's not really relevant to the conversation but you are talking about full time athletes who are highly paid and play in front of thousands of people versus bob the builder who trains a couple of times a week, then warms up with a cig to play against some other dead beat team.
Two different worlds. One is an elite, high level pressurised game played in front of thousands and aired to millions against The Rag and Bone of timbucktoo, boo fookity hoo.
One is an elite, high level pressurised game
and the other is played by men. Every non league player that eventually made it big were not whiners and there were more than him. Oh sorry top level football only started with the premier league.
Ian Wright, Les Ferdinand to name another two that just got on with things instead of the modern day prima donnas
One is an elite
Oh right so the likes of Royal are elite
and we have seen plenty of other totally crap "elite" players
Chris Smalling.
Jarrod Bowen. ...
Michail Antonio. ...
Joe Hart. ...
Glenn Murray. ...
Yannick Bolasie. ...
Jimmy Bullard. ...
Ashley Williams
All from non league in the last 10 years or so

Well Royal has played for the one of the greatest footballing nations of all time quite a few times. They have a population of over 200million.
I was talking about the levels of football, not individuals. Try staying on topic 👍🏻

Graham Robert's signed in 1980, and the UEFA Cup was 1984, so he didn't sign a matter of months earlier. It was like four years earlier.
Conte may rest all his world cup stars
Would a load of bollix could you imagine him not laying Kane and Son lol

Yep, I hope people haven't forgotten how desperately poor we were before the break. 9 consecutive first halves without scoring up until the Leeds game.

Well if he does then it’s a shocker from Conte. Straight away shows the white flag. Can bet the other teams will be resting no one.

Also would add that it would show how weak minded our players are. I mean poor loves played in World Cup for most of them it ended almost two weeks ago…. They must be shattered. Try working a 40 forty hour week or shifts you khants.
Like the team except Tanganga
Forster
Tanganga Dier Lenglet
Doherty Bissouma Hojbjerg Perisic
Kulusevski Kane Son

Surely if perisic starts then Hugo can
Son needs to show up today, after not having shown up for club or country all season.
And HTF is Toney being allowed to start? After being charged with some really serious breaches of betting rules. Total nonsense.
