Very strange team selection by Ange. Why can't managers see what us fans see?

Why do our managers always pick a weakened team for cups. Some may argue the fringe players will have a point to prove or show some fight; well that's ok if we have swapped one, maybe two players because the general team dynamic will still be there and they will feel involved with the strongest players. However, when the majority of the team you field is fringe players, it just sinks the place out full of disgruntled players knowing they are the B team.

For me it's simple. Play your strongest team with maybe 2 changes. Get the goals, then make sensible changes to see the game out. Instead, we will just go behind then we send in the big guns who will bust their plums to get us back in front, which the risk of getting injured will probably be higher.

It proves that for all the guff about managers, inverted full backs and revolutionary systems, the game is exactly the same as it's always been. It's about good players. That's it. Harry Redknapp was right. It's a simple game and it's overcomplicated by so many now. He said it was always about good players and he was bang on.

Biggest mistake was playing Forster in this game. Others can be subbed out but we’re stuck with this statue for 90 mins and pens

Skipp is so poor

Ange needs to hook the whole of the midfield plus Davies at halftime.

Don't leave it otherwise Fulham will put the game to bed.

Would be taking off Sanchez for Romero. Davies for Udoggie. Skipp for Maddison and Son for Perisic. Pi** poor half

I'm disappointed in Hojbjerg. He almost looks to be doing the opposite of what Ange wants. Definitely he'll come off. Feels like it could finish Richarlison but he needs hooking, too. Felt like he lost the ball with every touch
