You seem a lot more chilled out these days Automatic. Good for you

Yes, I’m happy, it’s was just the Chelsea game and subsequent string of bad results!
Just can’t wait to have VDV, Madders and Bentancur back and see where that takes us!

One interesting comment from Ange when neville asked him f he was surprised how quickly Spurs have taken on board his style, and he said it helps when you have really top quality players. I think what Ange is doing really does show what a good manager does, in that he gets players to really play to their strengths and at their best level. They have to suit the system of course but when you compare to the likes of Conte, he was so rigid about the system.and organisation that no one could really express themselves. Just the change in mindset has unleashed the quality these players have and many of us are surprised how good they are and able to play. He seems like a bit of a DoFs dream as whoever we buy, Ange will be involved so we get the type he wants and he seems to be able to get the best out of them. It's such a refreshing change and long may it last.
a good 3 points away at a difficult place, largely undermined by the red card to Bissouma and another booking for Udogie, meaning 2 more players missing and possibly Johnson too if it was a HIA, really scraping the barrel now

Yep, we can’t seem to get through 90 mins without losing someone. Potentially looking at Skipp and PEH for Everton if GLC hasn’t recovers - although he bloody should have. Johnson should be okay - it wasn’t concussion so he could be another in a mask if it’s just a deep cut.
That Everton game looks huge now - we’re well capable of taking 7-9 points in our next 3 and that would really rubber stamp a Euro spot of some description for me if we’re on 40 points from 20 games - were taking 7 wins from our last 18 for Europe and 10-11 wins for CL if it goes to 5th spot (England currently 3rd).
Calls to sell Bissouma are ludicrous, he is a top class player and replacing someone like him is difficult.
We need all of our quality players to ensure we can get Europe next season.COYS

Disagree. You can find replacement DM's more easily than number 8's. They are also cheaper too. Liverpool used the data and identified Endo as pretty cheap. His stats for winning the ball and recoveries were very good.
If Neves for example was available on loan I would take him in a heartbeat. Sergej Milinković-Savić is another player in the Saudi league. France churn out DM's like you did with your home made chicken last night lol.

Probably the most ridiculous thing I have seen on here, sell Bissouma because of a couple of red cards - faaaaaack me
When you look at the bigger picture, Bissouma's red last night has presented us with an opportunity. We could sell for a profit and buy a cheaper replacement who isn't so card happy. Someone younger too.

For the good of the team.
Micky van de Ven is ahead of James Maddison in the race to return to Postecoglou's side early next year and has begun some outdoor running but both players will only be back in group training let alone match action when there is no chance of a reoccurrence of their respective hamstring and ankle injuries.

It is not that ridiculous a call? If a player misses 1/3 of the season due to suspensions and his careless behaviour then the player is nit fulfilling his contract and making his selection difficult because what games will he miss next?
I do agree it is not the case here. Biss was late with is tackle nothing malicious. I think front foot tactics means players have to be swift in their tackles, leading to mistimed tackles and yellow cards. Players need to fine tune their timing in this front foot tactics
Yeh lets sell Bissouma, we are trying to build a competitive squad, not dismantle one.
Even if Bissouma misses half a season, for whatever reasons, it shouldnt be a problem if you have adequate cover / competition for places.
Bissouma is a proven PL player and a level up on Hojbjerg and Skipp, both of whom should be replaced ahead of him.

Let's just move on as we all know this is just taking one's whingeing to the next level!
With BJ and Gio back, we should have enough options in the middle to hurt Everton. Shame about Udogie tbh. If as exptected Emerson comes in for him, then this will somewhat curtail our attacking forward forays on the left hand side, maybe even make it difficult for Sonny to get any chances to get involved in the game. Emerson does not provide the same threat and does not take the ball forward the way Udogie does. And with PEH coming for Biss, this woud mean ultra defensive makeshift midfield, so less attacking threadt again. Think Gio may have to be thrown in along with Phillips as the CB, and play Davies in Udogie role maybe?
Glad we are not playing at midday and on Xmas eve

That actually is a fair point.
A Bissouma unavailable for half the season through suspension is probably more valuable than an ever present Skipp or PEH

In fairness getting suspended for 4 games when you're 2-0 up with 20 minutes to go when you are missing the 6 games after the next 4 games anyway is a fookin disgrace imo. He is right in that it is absolutely shameful.
