Not really. Ange has won titles in 3 countries and his careerer so far is on an up words tragedrory. Every celtic fan would rather have Ange than Rodgers

As a fan of a club with history of winning this it absolutely does. And yes Alex Mcleish is better than Howe because Mcleish has a legacy of success. Losers are Losers regardless of the competition

You totally disregard the other factors like the teams they're managing, the players they have etc. It's all about context as well, not simply who has won what.
