The good:
Maddison & Bentancur have been unreal
Kulusevski- very very good
First goal for Solanke
Another goal for BJ

The bad
Son is looking a fraction of his former self. I'm no longer 100% confident when he get the ball either running through on goal, or 1 on 1 with the keeper.

Vicario is worrying me a little more and more each game

I don't care what Ange says, Sonny is not suited to his system. He likes his wingers to stay high and wide, go on the outside and get low crosses in. That's just not his game. He's a Robben type, cutting in and making a difference. He's isolated out there. I don't think it's anything to do with his age. It's the system.

But that doesn't explain how easily he's getting caught when he's running through on goal with defenders chasing him down

Good defending. It's not always down to the player on the ball. In order to get round the keeper he had to knock it square, which screwed his chances of scoring. That's down to good goalkeeping and defenders willing to do the hard yards.

I'm not referring to today, he's had a few times so far this season already, where he's been caught up much more easily than he had in the past

He might have lost a little pace but it could just as easily be about hesitancy because he's lost that muscle memory to know what to do at the right time. He's so isolated out wide that he's probably snatching at chances when he gets them because they're rarer than they used to be for him. If you get 20 chances a game, you're gonna relaxed knowing there's more coming if you miss. If you only get one chance, that could affect how you approach it.
