Excellent performance. Finishing has been the only issue (as usual).

Thing is its not just finishing, its also the decision making. When to pass vs when to shoot. The amount of high turnovers we get that don’t result in shots is crazy

The chances you get remind me of when Klopp had Sane, Firmino & Salah winning the ball back high up the pitch. They would have scored 5 of them in this match though

Yeah bit of an issue that one. Not many rapid wingers with competent finishing in the league these days. You would have loved that chance to have fallen to Son.

Werner is a decent player… but no confidence in his finishing…

He should just concentrate on skinning the full back… & getting crosses in…that’s his game.

The fact we haven’t capitalised fully and only have 1 goal up will give them some hope. This is still Spurs so it’s not over at all.
If we conspire to lose this then it’s the most spursy game ever

You would know better than me but for pure composure and clarity of thought in front of goal Son is one of the best I’ve seen in the EPL. Werner at the other end of the spectrum.

He’s because his record at the time was actually pretty good for goals and assists (mainly). He seemed like a decent squad option for 10m. His confidence has dipped even further since then and I don’t think it helps when fans walk up to him in a restaurant and tell him how shiiiiit he is. Priiiiicks.
