Palace singing "stand up if you beat west ham "
Their fans were great today

Yes they had an awesome travelling support, made our home support look very ordinary. Even after that awful penalty they did not stop singing, fair play. Good banter on the train home too, was in a train full of them heading south
@SpursOfficial: On this day in 1918: A 4-1 victory over Arsenal at Highbury. It was our home game but the Lane had been taken over by the war office.
BBC Gossip
Tottenham head coach Tim Sherwood is unhappy with the attitude of some of his players and is ready to sell midfielder Etienne Capoue, 25.

On the other hand, if you watched the interview with Sherwood yesterday he came across as trying too hard to establish himself as the guy in charge. Phrases like 'you have to show them who's boss' are fine in your head but really don't impress the people working for you when you put them out in the public domain.

Thing is about 80% of players have attitudes and that's where a good manager would use his experience and man management skills to sort the situation out.
Has Tim got these skills?
Love this penalty

Its an interesting watch, especially the bit about 'not buying into formations too much'

I felt there was good and worrying in that interview yesterday, but then again i'm a long way from being convinced by him yet.
I get where he's coming from with players winning games, but if he genuinely believes formations don't matter we're going to get hammered when we play a team that is set up to destroy a 442. Palace weren't that far off being out of sight in the first half yesterday.

One thing I would love to know is whether we ever do any work in training on unlocking packed defences.
We've always been poor at it, irrespective of who the manager has been. Every time teams park the bus we seem devoid of ideas of how to get through and end up playing the ball around in front of them. Other teams seem to manage to find a way through, so there's no reason we can't.
I genuinely think, if we don't already do it, that we need to have training sessions where the front 6 play against two banks of defenders and work out how to find the gaps.
Any transfer gossip?
Only thing on BBC was Gomes wanting to go back Brazil?
