gotta say....its not always been pretty....but 5th is still very good......!!!!
if he c an add to the squad with players HE wants....and has a another full pre season to work on shape....tactics...styles of play....then I see no reason why we can't kick on....points wise at least...T4 is still gonna be super tough.

Why cant Vertongen play like that every game?
He was flawless today. Bentaleb was superb, he really is a fine young player. Mason was excellent too.
First half we were excellent and for once we defended well and saw the game out. Great to finish above Liverpool again and finish as best of the rest.
Now for a busy summer behind the scenes at the lane. Lets hope we get it right this time.

TAF, the players are getting just over a month's break which is quite ridiculous. But they won't last 2 minutes in that competition against any of them teams.
