Niall Quinn for an ex Gooner is not too bad a pundit. I thought he did a very fair assessment of Spurs today.

Right I am off, Leaving Do at my old company to attend to. I shall be having my usual two tizers.

Just saw highlights we didnt look bad especially as Atletico had more senior players in the team.

Hit the post twice, 2 or 3 other chances too.

Janssen looks like he'll be able to get involved with build up play.

Lamela looks very bright and hopefully can step it up further this season.

Defence a little shaky but what else when youve got youth there.

Couple more signings would help.

now I am very willing to give him a second season, but I don't even see any potential in him (unlike lamela when he was struggling)

Chadli is just a non existent player on the pitch nowadays.

Was so bad in both of these games where he should of been trying to impress and lead these young lads.

I was quite impressed by our play with the odd exception, I thought our lads looked good.

Considering there was most of the first choice players not playing, I thought it was a good run out.

With a bit of luck we could have won the game comfortably.

Our youngsters look good, Winks had another steady display. Janssen could have had a couple of goals if not for Oblak's great reflexes.

I think once he has sharpened up with Poch's training team, he will be a very good player for us.
