How could our squad of been better last season when we kept the key players? I think our squad is better but we aren't creative enough and we are now seeing just how immense Kane was last season.

One thing I don't get is I recall the fullbacks getting forward in advanced positions more. Doesn't seem to be happening now. We seem rather narrow and that is going to be problematic against sides with half decent defences. Seriously narrow attacking play.

Our songs are better though

At the moment Liverpool, Arsenal, City and arguably Chelsea are all more creative than us.

Ok it's not better, and I'm saying that because I'm pisssed off, but I think I'd still rather Chadli than any of our new signings apart from Wanyama. Mason wasn't as bad as some make out either.

The point about Chadli is a fair one.

The four above us are better, they can produce quality in final third when it matters.

Knowing us we'll remain undefeated throughout the whole season and finish outside the top 4, when an undefeated team should be winning the league.

I thought Mason was ok tbh, he put plenty of effort in and scored the odd goal, Ok he was never going to be special but he offered more than Carroll does.

They just have more quality in their squad. Look at today with Arsenal. Similar position to us but they bring on Giroud and he scores and they run riot. And their current top scorer wasn't even playing.

Chadli is too good to be a bench warmer. Wonder if he wanted to leave or was forced to.

25 more penalties and 25 clean sheets and we've cracked it.

It's very similar to this time last year, we were in the middle of a 15 game unbeaten run, but I think 7 were drawn

Eriksen was awful again, every set piece hits the first man, if we got a huge offer I`d sell him, he`ll never be consistent.

13 to 1 for the title whose backing us

If we're honest we could have had a better transfer window.

I mean clearly there's the foundations of a quality side here. We have a great defence but we're letting potential go to waste because we don't have the quality in attack to go with it. We should have signed another PL experienced striker as well as Janssen.

What an oversight.
