Poch and Janssen issue reminds me of the Hoddle and Rebrov situation. Rebrov cost us £14m and we sold him to West Ham for £1m if I remember correctly.

He should be given more time but from the time he has been given clearly Poch doesn't fancy him anymore.

Same with Nkoudou & Njie before him

All it does is set Poch up for criticism for me.

Not for the first time either. Made decisions last season like this that were detrimental to the team when he had a chance to rotate with Bentaleb. Ditto Townsend. Nkoudou this season.

When the squad isnt strong enough to compete because he does not use them, and he has got rid of players he could use, the buck stops with him

Great performance today, defended well even when forced to make changes. We've been fantastic going forward. Stoke have been poor but we have played well

Especially when we talk about our lack of squad depth.

Love Poch here, but I do feel he cuts off his nose to spite his face at times.
