I would get Llorente on after 60 mins, assuming we don't need a goal. Risky taking Kane off if it's still 1-0 but it would be great for Llorente to get his first Spurs goal and take the pressure off him.

Assuming that meant we went on to beat Argentina and make the quarters I still don't think we would have had the bottle or the quality to actually win it. Though we might have made the semis and had our best performance at a World Cup since 1990.
