Let Llorente play the full 90 mins against Apoel. If he can't score then, then best to look for another back up striker in Jan.

He might be unfortunate to not have a full strength team around him but still it's only Apoel. He should at least get chances in such a game.

Tbh even id back him to score against them

I wouldn`t have him anywhere near the pitch, let alone on it. Seriously Kane will get a hatful against the Cypriots, and I am sure he will want to finish up as top CL goalscorer, so he will want to start.

The guy is probably a bit low on confidence though. I don't think it's helped him that a half fit Kane gets games over him. He'd have scored that at Swansea no doubt.

We played Kane and Llorente together against Apoel in the first match didn't we? Could try that again.

Sandy, Llorente is a better player than what we've been seeing. His Swansea days are proof of that. We should treat Apoel as a dead rubber to try and get Llorente's confidence up.

We shouldn't be afraid of whatever team we get. I think we can put Bayern or Juventus out.

First of all, why did we not play like today against the Arsenholes?
Hell, everyone played well today. Even Pochettino was kicking the ball back in to give us a 10yd throw-in advantage!

Secondly, Llorente is miser Levy's last and final curse on this season.
We're stuck with Llorente as Kane's back-up because of Levy. I say give the guy a real chance. A full game in front of a team that's playing like today.
Yes, he had a chance, but that was two minutes after coming on the pitch. If he proves he can't score then Levy will be forced to pay for a real Kane back-up in January.

Oh yes, and finally, to all those Son nay sayers, SEE!!! That was some goal!

Read Poch's book. Especially the bit about transfers and who makes the decisions. As for llorente we know he can kick a ball, but apart from one flick a few games back he's shown very little. Start him against the baggies with Harry on the bench for an hour and see what happens.
