William Gallas says the team will do all they can to kick-start our season at Reading.

After the remaining international fixtures are completed this week the Premier League returns, and we travel to the Madjeski Stadium on Sunday (kick-off 1600 BST).

Our opening three fixtures of the season illustrate just how competitive the Premier League will be this season, and Gallas says the team is ready to do everything they can to pick up three points against Brian McDermott's team.

"We have to work again for the next game, to improve again. We have to fight," William told tottenhamhotspur.com.

"In the Premier League now, when you saw how Norwich played and I would say they played well, they were compact, maybe we didn’t play quick. So they had time to come back and be ready for the counter-attack. We have to improve on that."

One player who William believes can make a big difference to the team is Mousa Dembele, who made a goalscoring debut against the Canaries.

"For his first game, he came on in the second half and that will be good for his confidence. He helped us a lot.

"He’s a good player, he has a lot of quality, he’s still young and it will be good for everyone to play with him."
