Sherwood has the raw talent to be a good manager but I think his arrogance will ruin hm

We've all seen glimpses of Eriksen, Chadli, Soldado etc that show their quality, its essentially the system or lack of one.

Soldado's confidence went. So would mine if I played in a system totally unsuited to my playing style

Grandspurs............totally agree re Soldado as I said in my post around 25 minutes ago.

Use Soldado properly & we have a brilliant player.

Just goes to show what confidence does. Soldado looks a different animal today
