And blaming Poch for the current crappiness at the club is just shoddy and uncalled for

Jose is responsible for the current formation, tactics and team selection as well as for training.

The buck stops with him.

Jose hasn't got Kane, Son or Sissoko,. Poch had all those and still was awful for his last eight months.
