Thing is, Ndombele might be a . He might never live up to his potential and he might be everything Mourinho says he is.

That's all speculation though. What is fact is Mourinho's track record for doing exactly this to players who don't really deserve it, when a more sympathetic manager would find a way to manage the player effectively.

I basically never side with players over managers, but when Mourinho is involved I'm always skeptical by default

Everyone to blame besides Mourinho.

Exactly. It suits his narrative to blame a Pochettino signing - Spurs spaffed money up the wall on naff players, Mourinho can only do his best with what he's given, yadda yadda. He always does it and people seem not to notice

Grandspur, everybody on this site, other than perhaps me, who can spot a fraud when I see one, has been clamouring for Ndombele to be starting. He started today, and was an absolute disgrace.

I like manager that say it has it should be said, instead of always protecting underperforming players.

sandy I am only arrogant because this forum gives me the chance to compare my football knowledge to yours.
