Can we all agree that Dier needs replacing?

yep. Sanchez isnt great but looks decent next to a good CB(which Dier isnt currenly). We need a commanding, strong figure back there. Toby not the player he was but while we dont have better hes first defender on the team sheet.
Dier having a good attitude doesnt warrant a place in the team when youre that poor so often.

Hard to imagine who would think that. The issue is he tries to do too much besides scoring goals, and it means he's not in goalscoring positions enough cos he drops too deep. But yeah, can't argue with 4 assists!

Some idiots do. I was arguing with someone on Youtube not long ago who thought he was just a tap in/penalty merchant, who was using his lack of assists against him.
That's what I always thought about him dropping deep, it means he's not in those positions, and a lot of the time not many are as good as he is for providing balls to himself.
Just saw the penalty incident, what a joke that was.
