Davies and Doherty can't carry the ball so they just funnel it back to the centre backs or hart, all of whom can't pass. The run Tanganga went on is exactly the kind of thing we need

Subbing off Doherty and Sanchez would make sense imo, then just either swap ndombele and lo celso or go to a 433 and also go bale up top with son left and Lucas right

Disagree jose got it right with ndombele. He should have been a regular starter last season and he'd be an even better player now. Wasted him last season.
It's clear Lo Celso is a quality footballer and he'll prove the doubters wrong like ndombele has.
