Oliver was very quick to point to the spot, and since he gave it and didn't ask for a review, VAR wasn't consulted which in this case would have asked the ref to go to the monitor.
All at the expense of Spurs, one of the most non-pens you'll ever see and even Lacazette said it wasn't a pen!
