I think FSG is only clarifying that they are not afraid of spending money, but they want to make sure it is spent it wisely. Nothing wrong in that I think. I think Liverpool's owners are being sensible and that's probably right given the wage/transfer inflation we are seeing in current environment.

Seriously, everytime I hear stories like this about bad owners from the likes of Liverpool, Blackburn, Arsenal and so forth, I actually appreciate the Glazers despite us being in debt. At least half of it's gone!
