I've heard two things...one is bruising to the foot, which wouldn't be too bad. The other is a chipped bone near his heel and out for 4 weeks.
Can't confirm either one.
Just hope it's not too serious.

Thanks O.R.

Wouldn't wish an injury on anybody, not even a red dog player !

Besides, we don't want you coming out with excuses on 30th like "We lost because we had our Cox out"

We'll be Sharp, so don't worry Mr C

Webbo, not worried, can't wait to what will hopefully be a good match and not the last one at PP !

*like the last one*

Yeah.. I think it will be a good game for a change. Hard to call. But home advantage and all that and with you hopefully keeping 11 men on the pitch we should put up a better fight than last year.

Hopefully with 11 men on the pitch you chaps might be a bit more sporting this time and not leave our players writhing on the floor with career threatening injuries

If your fans could show some decorum too, it would be much appreciated

There is a bit of rewriting history here from Hoons. Cohen made a half hearted challenge on O'Brien which O'Brien easily avoided. The challenge was so innocuous my granny could have made the same challenge and not injured herself. Look at the replays if you don't believe me. It turned out to be a bit of a freak accident, no one would have suspected anything serious form the nature of the challenge. O'Brien was quite right to continue to play on. He probably didn't realise anything was wrong.

Contrast this with the incident where Miller tried to score with a tap on the outside of his boot. The ball was cleared off the line so Miller continues to run either because of his momentum or deliberately into Fielding. He then appeals for a penalty. Reid. Greening and Cohen then start pressuring the ref to send off Fielding who was wholly innocent. If there was ever a day where justice was eventually done it was the 17th of Sept 2012. Hope you might try and be a bit more sporting this year.

Everyone in the stadium could see that Cohen was in immense pain, and any 'sporting individual' would have put the ball out of play. But then again, we're talking about a team who had the messiah of 'sporting behaviour' Queen Lilly Savage to learn from ... no surprise really you're a bunch of cheating c***s

OK 2011, mea culpa. Still doesn't change the fact that justice was done.

Spartacus - can I introduce you to the concept of subjectivism

posted on 12/9/12

You can if you wish, be my guest. However it would be any objective observer's opinion that Derby were dealt a great injustice that day but triumphed over adversity.

Do you think Chris Cohen was dealt an injustice that day?

After watching Cohen sprint 30yards to the ref for the sending off, he didnt deserve nothing but to be left there for 5 mins. If it was a challenge then i could understand where your coming from but Hendrick just skipped past him, no contact. If he didnt run and start hassling the ref then things may of been different

At least Blackstock was sporting enough to scream at the ref when Buxton got injured
