On the day that the families of the 96 finally see the documents that were hidden for so many years for all the wrong reasons, this article is one of the best, most clearly written of any I have ever read concerning that day
----------
Can say any more. Brilliant article.
That Sun article is disgraceful. At what point could that sewer rat McKenzie decide that this was a story to print...
Thoughts again to the families of all of those who died - especially those so young who just went to see their team play football...
So sad.
RIP

I read that article this morning. Powerful stuff.
He's right when he says there were two tragedies. The cover up and spin was disgusting.

Zach - sorry, political stuff not for here.
all those affected by this tragedy deserve the truth as a bare minimum.
hopefully with these documents coming into the public domain apologies may be forthcoming
RIP the 96

That bit about the guy whose two daughters died is so awful but drives home what a tragedy it was. I honestly felt myself welling up when he talks about what the psychiatrists said to him.
In some ways the cover up is even worse though. It only compounds the tragedy.
I'd recommend reading the link to all on here, essential reading
