It wasn't about money IMO. He is 29 soon and obviously wants a title or CL to put on his cv and united do offer more chance of winning. That's not to say I don't think we can challenge but realistically united do have a better shout unfortunately

I think most arsenal fans are annoyed that hes gone to united
we understand why he left but the fact he went to united means we see him as a traitor. unfortunately other fans cant seem to understand this so think we're making bitter excuses like he left for money

In my eyes I try not to speculate on what his motivation is. My hate for him simply stems from the fact that he went to United knowing how the fans will feel and react. You can argue we're no longer rivals anymore but it still exists amongst the fans even if it doesn't on the pitch these days.
I don't think Man United are that much more likely to win anything than us this season to be honest. Their defence is a shambles. Ferdinand has 'ad it that's for sure. If he moved to win things he should have gone to Man City.
