I'm surprised there were a lot of Welsh accents in Cardiff
Obviously we were expecting them... and a few friendly English ones as well!
Mighty Leeds
Sorry to hear that mucker, and it spoils things when idiots are at it..............you should have had a word with the Soul Crew to sort those eejits out for you.
When NI were in Cardiff the Soul Crew were out to have a go with us,as some boys from Seymour Hill battered some of there boys in a bar.
Made it edgy,as NI fans were surrounded by them outside one bar,but we laughed it off,and most Welsh fans were friendly, shaking our hands on the way to the ground.
Can't believe Linfield lost, and Chelsea and Rangers drew today btw...............and as for NI,AAAAAAHHHHH!
Are the soul crew one of those street dance groups?
IGOR
Next time Derby are in Cardiff, ask them to do a wee street dance for you.
I am interested in the football firms, and read up on it,but what are the Derby firm called?
Genuine question. My favourite name for a firm is Stoke's Naughty Forty.
Are Derby and the,"red dogs"of Forrest still at it?
No place in football or society for such thuggery.
Bluebell, Derby used to go by DLF (Derby Lunatic Fringe)
If you're interested so much then find "Hooligans" and "Hooligans 2", two meaty books that give you an a-z of the history of every English and Scottish firm. My favourite name was always the Chesterfield B'stard Squad...
Not anything I would ever involve myself in personally or even condone, but what used to go on always interested me and is part of the social history of Britain.
Wasn't Leeds' crew titled, We Are Naughty Kids Elland Roaders....Fine acronym...
Champagne
Thanks for the info, and I will check those books again.
I do not condone the hooligan stuff, and hate it when a mob attack a couple of guys,or family/scarfie fans.
When I was younger I did get involved in some daft stuff, both at football and in the so called Troubles here, but I have grown up and wised up.
As you infer, the Firms are part of our social history, and if I am honest,it was a buzz when young and silly.
