Pool now play a vry Arsenal like(passing in front of the defense without going anywhere)
=================================
You're mistaken. If we dominate midfield we'll beat you lot. Fergie will probably pack the midfield to stop us from dominating.

We scored 3 goals against the run of play

we were 3-0 down

against a good team, a point was a very good result

------------------------------------------

I do realise that it was a very good result but I was still really disappointed that we didn't win.

I think Dunc got it

The first XIs aren't that mismatched and we over the last few years have struggled to break down stubborn defences.

You're not as defensive so we can just go toe to toe and it suits us.

This year so much has changed in the side from players to style that I think it probably won't go well for us.

Although we're due a result.

I remember that game like it was yesterday. It was you who should have been 3-0 up. We had AVB the clown in charge of us then. He mucked up in the substitutions. Fergie got his right. Id go as far as to say that was Rooney's best game last year. Dominated from start to finish.

red side

obviously it was 2 points dropped and on the scale of things couldve won us the league BUT

the feeling you got when Hernandez got the equaliser was amazing then the relief when De Gea made the save from Mata

Arsenal system can be countered effectively as they heavily rely on pace and wonderful balls to break through defences. Our system doesn't and we have players who can individually cut open defences. If we can avoid trying to rush to create chances then we'll score goals (that's if we dominate).

Stated as if it's a fact.

You could dominate and we could still beat you. Unlikely to happen but not beyond the realms of possibility.

It happens quite often in football.

wouldn't be the first time

We dominated Liverpool's midfield last season in the FA Cup yet they still won, stupid statement to make really. It's about how clinical the forwards are at the end of the day.

Win or lose, I look forward to Scholes giving Gerrard yet another footballing lesson.

Didn't mean it as a fact

United just have this mentality against us that allows us to score when we dominate them.

I hate the build up to this match

I'd go with that also but how often does the team you think we should go with, actually play? Not often. There's more often than not at least a couple of changes.

If Scholes doesn't start on Wednesday which I think is unlikely, he'll start on Sunday IMO.

I just hope Giggs isn't anywhere near the starting line up.

Will make it easier for us to dominate.

we're long overdue an honest performance from the officials at anfield too. the league games there in 09-10, 10-11 and 11-12 all featured incorrect calls which cost us points.

Should be an interesting game, no midfield vs no attack.
