I think only Yaya can be proud of his performance tonight.
Mancini got it all wrong.
Allowing Marcelo so much space, because u do not play with any sort of width.

Is this the same bayern that knocked Madrid out? Yeah, of course they're no madrid!
Still feel slightly disappointed with the last 5 minutes. If any team should be able to shut out it's us but hey ho. We'll move on, great performance is all i wanted and the lads gave it
Tell that to Joe Hart, fair play to the lad looked like he was about to ball his eyes out.
Ronaldo
There were weaknesses tonight but it was a deflection and a schoolboy error that lead to our downfall. 5 games left with 15 points to play for so minds on the Arsenal game now.
Thought Clichy was immense tonight and Yaya scared em to death.
Another armchair manager what about bringing on Dzeko? How did Mancini get it all wrong? I thought the tactics were ok, all city needed was to be more solid at the back. If lescott was playing I doubt city would have conceded 3.
And what is wrong with Kompany? Has he been struggling with a knock or something?
Only Maicon was poor but Hart should have had that second goal.
the tactics were good, although i would have liked to see milner instead of nasri
I was impressed with Nastastic. City have a very good young player on their hands.
Yaya is one of the best players in the world. It is a disgrace this guy is not a Balon D'or nominee.
But then again, Madrid are Madrid. City were not embarrassed.
You have to give some credit to Madrid they absolutely pinned us in for 3/4 of the game.
Marcelo was class tonight, Maicon doesn't look great does he?
how bad was Maicon.
After all Madrid are no Sevilla
Madrid were good but they didn't 'tear us a new one' as was widely predicted on here. I'm sure we'll get all this learnung curve bolloks but losing 3-2 in Madrid isn't quite as bad as losing 3-2 to Blackburn at home.
Boris, Real are in the worst form in years and have been beaten by Getafe and Sevilla. I feared you would batter them.
Its a bad result whichever way you look at it. Just ask Joe.
Good article,
I don't get what people on here were expecting tonight, to be honest. The first half, Real played as we knew they would, having most of the ball. There were only three good chances though, most of the time it was shots from long distance.
Second half, I think Mancini got it spot on bringing on Dzeko. I'm shocked people are saying parking the bus, that second half was anything but. That's why both teams could and should have scored more.
Gutted with the last five minutes, but happy with the performance.
I fully expect Hafijur coming on here telling us how Ronaldo is only worth 40 million.
cheers melton, roll on the weekend!
Any defeat is bad but our weaknesses were obvious and can be worked on, it's not like we conceded 5 or 6.
it was a good game for the neutral.
people are looking at the result, this could easily turned out to be a 5 or 6 goal win for real madrid. Heck real might have broken a new record for one sided game in group[ stage shots and possession wise.

They had 55% possession playing at the Bernebau, it is in fact one of the lowest possession stats they have had in a group game at home.
See, even when you use stats, you are an idiot. I'm done, I'm filtering you too.

Only poor finishing and a couple of excellent saves prevented it though to be fair. There could have been no arguments had Real put 5, 6 or even 7 past you. They tore you apart in the first half.
