Agreed about the 4 seamers. Briggs has to play.
Appalling performance.
Oh well, still proud to be English.
Our batting will either fire or completely flop. Wish Bell, Cook and Prior were there too add some balance to the top order.
Still, this game was a dead rubber, still have a chance in the super 8s.
Tell that to Broad - he came out with every intention of winning.
This was just a cunning plan to fool everyone into thinking we cant play spin
I thought when England players wear 3 lions every match is important? u would be suprised sprinkler but when indian batsman struggled abit against swann, that was enuf to suggest England will be rolled against spin.

tbh when India put on 170 I was worried. But the bowling lived upto its expectation.
Eng playing in SC is like watching bambi walk on ice.Shameful display of sporting ability.
Pox loool, its not like they killed thousands of people. its just a game at the end. chillax mate.

Neon, I would use Briggs.
Agreed on KP - Who do we think we are to leave out such a player.
However, either way India would have won.
Kholi looks like a real player.
Does anyone else not rate Bresnan?
I don`t..... He`s never an international T20 player in a million years....

Exactly. We have so much youth in our batting, we need him as the experience spearheading it.
It really is a rudiculous situation more remoniscent of football.
Where are ya Dern..Maksi?
I am sure Flowers would have watched that yesterday and thought to himself, why oh why isn't KP here.
Yes England destroyed Afganistan, and to be honest they should be, but yesterday with no presure on as they were through so should have gone out and enjoyed it, but instead they were bowled out by partime spinners, and pannick showing clearly in the team, shows me that England are going home soon unless they find some heart from somewere.
All that has done yesterday to the rest of the teams is show that England struggle against Spinners
KP a Massive loss but ECB see this ..............NOT A FLUCKING CHANCE AS THEY ARE FAR TO STUCK UP

I didnt think itd be long before Pietersen's name appeared.
Which batsman has been dismissed most often by part time left hand spin again?
I would rather play to our best ability and never pick the mercenary South African again than allow a precedent of players holding the management to ransom.
We were shocking against India but then we were already through - so hey guess what it didnt matter. Lets see how we do AFTER this to determine if any wailing or gnashing of teeth needs to happen.
