There are 18 sanctions available to them, if they are found guilty.

"if they are found guilty"
Excellent
What difference does it make, they're gone, finito, no more, finished, ancient history.
Even if they decide to punish us, it'll never come to anything as courts will side with us.
Why would courts side with you?
there it is the voice of reason. we are the people
Renegade,
The three-man independent commission consists of a law lord and 2 silks. It is difficult to get much closer to 'the courts' than this.
Go to court again and you'll get booted out of the SFL as your licence will be withdrawn.
They aren't independent.
Charles Green has the establishment on his side.

Fairly simple really - the honours won by the club are an intrinsic part of the club and add "value" to the club as an asset.
All assets were purchased by Green's consortium. You cannot unilaterally with no burden of proof which stands up in court (not SPL or SFA tribunal) decide to reduce the value of that asset.
Expulsion from Scottish Football, another knighthood for moonbeams and a new park and ride built down Ibrox way
Tully - why?
The SFL have already said they are not investigating Rangers over anything and no League Cups are in any danger of being removed.

Its sound, just like the biggest team in Italy still count the titles taken away from them. We the biggest team in Scotland shall not have our titles taken either.
That's a bit rough Curly...i'm sure the vast majority would be appeased by that

Question for Celtic fans - what are you going to do if the SPL tribunal says Rangers did nothing wrong?
Personally I expect a few top tier dives, and complete web wide timplosion.

---oo---
What law would this fall within - which specific statute or case?
For me, it is covered by the principle of caveat emptor, and I do believe that you are indulging in desperate strawclutcherry.
On the valuation of assets, does anybody else think that picking up Ibrox and Murray Park for £2.5m was tremendous (almost unbelievable) business?
