I think he's talking about the training ground windows, to be honest.
Coyle backs Sordell to shine...after rubbing him down with brasso and getting a cloth out.
coyle does'nt seem to have any faith in his young players,sordell--eaves--riley--vela--etc,he needs to take a look at brendan rogers a better manager, who as already given games to 16 and 17 year olds who have been very good,if your good enough your old enough.
Eaves - injured during the pre-season where he looked like he could break through.
Riley - injured as he was settling into getting some match time
Vela - started breaking through, then got injured.
As for Sordell - It's maybe taken him more time to settle in than other players.
We've not got the best out of our recently re-jigged academy just yet and I'd expect the start of a big change in emphasis to occur in the next few years with reference to youngsters coming into the first team.
Sordell has already proved he can score .... wasn't he the leading scorer for Watford in this very league. Our current forwards are not goalscoring machines .... it's not rocket science.
Horses sweat, men perspire, Marvin simply glows
If Coyle played the youngsters and they failed to get the results, it's his neck on the line. I'm sure they will get their chance when things calm down and we move up the league.
We all want them to play but we do need some stability and more wins in the bag first. It looks as though things are moving in the right direction so let's have a settled team for a while and hopefully we will get the results.
the team we have at the moment,i dont think will pick up 6 points from the next 2 home games,i hope im wrong,as for eaves being injured he as not been injured for the last { must be } 3yrs. i also question coyles signings, i dont think they are very good giving knight a 2 yr contract when a player like faye was available who in my i.m.o. would have been a rock at the back this season.
Tom Eaves has just signed for Bristol Rovers on a three month loan.
Hopefully he'll get some first team game time and knock a few in.
id like to see sordell playing off ngog to be honest . thats just my opinion guys. lets face it ngog is a million times the player skd is. GIVE THE LAD A CHANCE!!!!!
watoaow.thanks for that info,
Shine? First teams boots maybe ?
I have to be honest and say I'm mystified as to why Marvin isn't starting games on the park. I'm one of SKD's biggest admirers but he's not the player he was three years ago and I'd prefer to see him being used as an impact sub rather than a starter because he's lost his pace but his hold up play and the way he can create havoc in the box would be great to have if we needed something different with half an hour to go. Over ninety minutes kev seems to get tired and fade from games but if he was just on for the final third of the match then he could be a very valuable asset while younger and quicker lads like Marvin and David could spend the first hour running defences ragged.
At least that's how I see it.
L.P.P.. spot on.n'gog off why not k davies
