What stands out for me re: Warnock is what he instills in the players: Passion and Drive but most of all he makes them get to a level of fitness that most managers can only dream of. This fitness is what gives them the self belief and it's starting to show already.
Grayson is a soft little Yes man. Warnock is the daddy!
Under Grayson we won more pts than anyone in the last 10 mins of matches.
Surely that's a positive measure of fitness?
Warnock has no favourites and takes no sheite unlike Grayson who always has his "circle of trust" if you licked graysons boots you were in and in the team.Them udders fans will soon find out which player is in his C O T when things start to go wrong and he cant stop the slide.
Graysons squad asually faded back end of the season.Shows he found it hard to go the distance.He only just managed to scrape through after a 11 point lead when we got promoted.Warnock has shown he can go the distance on more occasions.

Udders meanwhile, have played with the exception of one, Cardiff teams from the bottom half.
