Phil hasn't got a good record but I think the chicken curry gang occupy a whole different plateau of incompetence.
Thank you Owen Coyle for repaying the faith of the few fans left that think you know what your doing!
Poor Steve Kean I am hoping he can use Owen Coyle as an example in his unfair dismissal case!
When you add up the levels of support that Kean and Coyle have had since Keans appointment, I think out manager has performed worse given the support and patience of the fans..
A look at the league table is all that matters..
I'm sorry to say this but Owen really doesn't seem able to get any sort of consistency from the team and frankly it seems pointless to me to keep dragging this out. I really do like the man and think he still has the talent to be a very good manager but this is the wrong time and place for him and for us.
For all our sakes I think it's time we parted company, thanking Owen for the good times and wishing him well for the future but admitting to ourselves that he hasn't fulfilled the promise he showed when he arrived and it's clear now that he never will here. Maybe it was too early in his managerial career and I know he's had some shocking luck to contend with but in the final analysis he's doing no one least of all himself any good by staying.
Phil and Eddie need to recognise this and accept that it's time to move on. Owen but it really is time to close this chapter in our history before we sink any further.
Coyle needs to sort himself out or we ditch him, picking his teams based on favourites. We will continue to play at a low potential until we see SKD dropped. The team play badly with him as he is static and cannot pass. He's scored from set plays, but we have little from open play, until we see some width and some movement up front. Simple as that. Give the opposition a reason to sit back and be wary of our attacking threat.
Why sorry?
That's life. The mans a millionaire. Plenty more people deserving of Apoligies for doing a good job and losing theirs..!
I suggest we just hang around with this clown until Southampton panic and sack Adkins and then we'll have him
HH you have been waiting for coyle to sort himself out for 12 months.
Key word for me is frustration.
This squad is more than capable of topping this league..
When you add up the levels of support that Kean and Coyle have had since Keans appointment, I think out manager has performed worse given the support and patience of the fans..

Possibly true, certainly arguable, but not really relevant to who you would rather have picking our managers.
The Venkys sacked Allardyce when they were comfortably mid table. They failed to sack Kean in spite of relegation but then wait until he loses a single game and sack him anyway even though he had them on course for automatic promotion. None of those moves make any sense whatsoever. Adding up everything else that has gone on with the mis-management of Blackburn since they bought the club, I think I'll stick with Phil.
Agree with sticking with Phil but his ego is currently holding the club back.
Agreed LH, but we are comparing 2 bad chairman.
I'm saying Kean performed well this season to get them third.
Kean is to Blackburn what Megson was to Bolton.
Never had a chance from day 1.
Have to say I have lost any faith in Coyle and do not expect him to pull this season round at all.....
Its still early days this season therefore plenty of time for a new guy to sort this shower out. Time to act Phil
Oh well, I think Coyle is back where he was before the Sheffield Wednesday game. I personally think he is one game from the sack again. We could have a new manager this time next week.
LH: in complete agreement. I thought we turned a corner at Birmingham but after today it seems like a dead end. That was not a team performance, instead you had 11 individuals playing for themselves. In short Owen has lost the dressing room.
tues its 9 games plus crawley 10 thats all he should get.
I have said for a while Tuesday will be a d day for coyle. Leeds may bring more fans than most to the Bok and if we go behind will show no mercy in telling us coyle is rubbish. If Dioufy bags it will make it even worse.
The table tells us all we need to know.
We're 17th and the teams we've been capable of beating are 18th, 20th and 21st.
I don't necessarily think that we have a bad chairman...
Definitely time for him to go
i dont think we have a bad chairman.,but he is'nt good at picking managers, apart from big sam
I am am a naturally optimistic person, but I really don't see us getting anywhere with OC in charge...
It doesn't mean i have to dislike him, but he needs to go. The final straw for me was relegation from the PL. One goal/one more point across the season would have seen us safe. A better manager would have got us that, and so if I had the choice he would have been sacked then.
He wasn't, so you get on with it... There were genuine circumstances that we all know about as to why you could excuse our relegation, but I can't think of any excuses that justify us being in 17th after this many games... Our squad is good enough to be top 6 all day long.
Sadly I don't believe he can turn it round.

Just look at the possession compared to the final score and the number of shots on target. Never seen anything like that before.
