Would you rather see a Wednesday team of 11 O'Connors or go down the Lane?

I'd have the $&%^ kicked out of me by a team of MMA fighters than go down the Lane!

Aha! So your hatred has its limits! Good, we have a starting point. Now lie back on this couch...

Tell me, when did you first see O'Connor play?.....

Well, actually he was pretty good in the first six months or so....if I remember it was about the time he forged a partnership with Darren 'The Wizard' Potter that his shortcomings started to fully emerge. Or was it when he picked up a minor injury? So long ago.

I know that my patience finally snapped after Shaun Derry schooled him and sent us into exile on that fateful day.

Actually he was £$*& all season that year but it was covered up by being surrounded by other players that were almost as $*%&.

What time are we on?

'Gargage' Steve? If you mean garage then surely that makes JOC useful

I wonder if the anti JOC brigade on here who have crucified him and decided that it's his fault alone we won't be going up next season would have the good grace to admit they were wrong if he were to perform an unlikely u-turn and have a good season, when you can guarantee he'll be public enemy number one after his first mistake of the campaign? I doubt it.

Funny....I don't remember anyone saying that....I must have missed it. Or perhaps you just made it up.

Sorry to disappoint you Izzy but when you've clambered down off your high horse you may care to look back at one or two comments madsteve has made, one as recently as Tuesday nights game where it was quite clearly stated that we won't go up if JOC is anywhere near the side.

And what happened to giving up on football forums? After 606 was done with that was supposed to be it for you? And to think the rest of were beginning to enjoy this new ja606 lark.

Yes, I wasn't going to bother, but then I changed my mind. Amazing, eh?

So it's gone from the 'anti-JOC brigade' to 'one or two comments madsteve has made'.....

Err someone actually stated that they'd rather have 10 men playing than JOC in the team!!!!!

Still the same old Izzy, doesn't like it when of his 'points' gets answered. You should be proud of one thing you've achieved on the Internet though. Because of the likes of you and Spart, you now have a lasting legacy, the WUM filter

I think what someone said was that it is often better to play with ten men that have joc because he gets in the way, knocks his own men over & gives away silly free kicks. Also the man is a curse. We have been on a downward spiral since he arrived.

Take our friendlies this week. We were rolling Rotherham over, leading 2-0 and threatening to get five or six then joc comes on & we end up hanging on at 2-1.

He plays against the might of Stocksbridge and we fail to score.

We play brilliantly for 45 minutes against Leeds then joc comes on and the match turns around and they get a dodgy equaliser.

Coincidence? I think not. He is the devil's disciple.

The only solution is to hang him from a cross, hammer stakes through his heart and fire in silver arrows just to make sure. Failing that, Reda could lock him up or Madine could set fire to him.

Whatever it takes to break the leprechaun's curse!

So I take it that if the unlikely turnaround in events I described took place then you'd be one of those who refuses to eat humble pie then eh Steve

If JOC has a good season for Sheffield Wednesday then I will eat as much humble pie as you like. If he has a rubbish one, will you reciprocate?

100% with Izzy on this one!!!

Safe bet as JOC cannot play well. Sadly this is GM's blind spot.

Still a 'no' then Steve? You dodge questions as well as JOC dodges passes, perhaps you've more in common with the anti Christ than you care to admit
