Problem is everyone's idea of world class is different so there are no definitive answers, but at the same time you can't just shoot down people's opinions because you disagree.
I'd say Toure, Tevez, Kompany, Silva, Hart, RVP, Rooney (club form), Vidic (when fit), Cech, Cole, Terry, Ivanovic (as a RB, and only because there aren't many great RBs at the moment), Hazard, Mata, Sagna, and possibly more, I've probably forgotten someone obvious.
