both teams aren't very good at football.

I do feel for Derby fans in a sense though.

That was their best team, playing at 100%, knowing that's the biggest game of their season.

That's it for them now. If their season ended now, in the position they're in, they'd be delighted.

We've got bigger fish to fry. When we're firing on all cylinders, we'll be scurrying up the league. We'll have more important games that will contribute to whether we get a playoff/automatic place.

Derby will continue to battle for 14th/15th/16th place.

Bigger picture lads. Bigger picture.

Just accept you lost and get on with life. You should be used to losing this fixture by now.

Arhhh look, they're still gloating !! Bless

posted on 1/10/12

Yes and we will continue to gloat for a bit longer. It is what football fans do and exactly what you would do in the same situation. So I accept your blessing trucker and the gloating will continue because there is nothing you can do to change the result. If you win the return game I will take it on the chin. After all it's only a game of football.

only a stupid dog could come on after a defeat....AGAIN....to their brillant neighbours and try to turn and twist it to make them feel a little better while we all know that those knots in their stomachs just won't go away, can't eat, sleep and the ones who have jobs, must have beening deeply depressed Monday morning.
Bless
SUPER RAMS

Got to agree with Spart here, if you're going to give it then you have to take it. Football means more to some people than others, none of us like losing any game especially to our rivals but it's not the be all and end all, life goes on

A really interesting reaction to their defeat by red dog fans. To claim "dirty" Rams when the cards issued record shows just the opposite - reveals their deep hurt and refusal to face facts.
Nigel, like his father before him, always plays the straight game. No cheating, no deliberate injuring of opponents etc - just get on with the game - sort of attitude.

I also think SOD is like that, but he has simply lost control of the dressing room. SOD is a good manager, Forest have lots of money. They have good players and surely must turn the coorner soon. Their owners' philosophy is to throw money around. They would have liked an iconic manager but none would take up the gauntlet. SOD did take it up and good luck to him.

Meanwhile, I'll take the NLN approach. Find good young players wherever they are - academy or lesser clubs and then blend them into a good - and improving young team, getting them to believe in themselves. That's what Brian did with great distinction at Derby and Forest. That way the big names don't get frustrated when they don't get all their own way.

Unfortunately for you Strett, your players are the type to throw their toys out of the pram rather than roll their sleeves up and graft.

I bet Billy is still spreading his poison

Just in case anybody has missed the hysterical irony in this blantantly Fallacious (illogical and erroneous for those dogs who are hard of learning) comment.

knowing that's the biggest game of their season.

The only game Forest fans come close to filling their pink seats every season is when Derby come to town (and it looked like they couldn't even do that on Sunday) and you say it's Derby's biggest game of the season

You can't win with 10 men, you can't win against 10 men! Priceless

So so bitter.
Still throwing coins at our players?
Still got fans throwing objects at our fans?
Still got muppets walking around with leather gloves on?
Does your dirty team still have the worst fair play record in the league?
Are 3 of you players still in the top 5 of the player discipline league? 2 of which occupy the top two spots.

Your moronic excuses are pathetic, have a bit of backbone and admit we are a better team than you, worst we have played all season and still walked away with a comfortable 3 points

3 in a row your dreadful
