Chest is my forte as well. Been using the cast iron weights (50kg upwards) for almost a year now on chest press, and I've only been going to the gym a couple of years (not taking gear either).

On biceps, conversely, I'm barely over 20kg, despite training them for a few years (I used to think bicep curls alone were going to get me stacked!)

You've got some really impressive lifts there! I think it goes to show that most people have one body part that stands out above the rest. I think this almost creates a loop effect whereby your more inclined to train that body part either as an ego boost, or just as a means of seeing how far you can push it, and as a result, it gets even stronger still.
Certainly the case with my chest; every upper body workout I went in prioritising trying to lift more weight on the chest press machine (I was determined to lift the heaviest weight the machine could support) and as I got closer and closer to the top weight, the more I was determined to push myself to get there.

Vik, tried doing half my body weight on dips....very bloody hard omg!! You must have triceps like pistons!

Dastudogg, thats so very strange about the chest strength and the bicep! Maybe as you say there is a science behind it!50 kg on dumbell press is a real benchmark! Make me wonder how Ronnie Coleman does 13 reps of perfect form dunmbell press with 97.5 kg!!!!!

I'm quite paranoid about the size of my legs at the moment. I used to be fat and I've lost a lot of weight and now I'm more lean and muscular but my legs aren't big at all.

Legs are one of those muscles that highlight genetics more than any other body part. If you are a bulker then all u need to do is look at the squat rack and u put on muscle. However if u are a natural ectomorph (i think), building a pair of Rugby legs wont happen at best you may build some like a footballer.

Don't think it's impossible to build big legs, but most people tend to have less androgen receptors in their lower body relative to their upper half, and as such, it tends to take a bit longer for them to develop.

A lot of people are self-conscious about their legs, but honestly, I bet that, assuming they do specific leg training, their legs are actually a lot bigger than they realise.

Increase the weight on squats, deadlifts, and a calf lift, and you should be fine!
