Yeh he should start. With Terry and co I don't think Defoe would get much luck playing up by himself. I'll happily be proved wrong though!

Adebayor was a different class when he came on. His movement, hold up and link up play were brilliant. He tracks back and has way more in his locker than JD.

JD has been great but against Chelsea he can't lead the line. Adebayor can cause them all sorts of trouble. Especially given the fact he allows time for the supporting cast to join the attack.

Doubt Terry will play , but very nice to see the sheer joy when Ade got on the pitch

We're gradually getting to full strength and still winning.. with Kaboul, Benny and Parker back we've got a great squad

Will be happy for both strikers to just accept their strengths/limitations, and be happy to pull for the greater cause.

Spurs need 35+ collectively from both of them to stand a decent chance of CL next season.

Adebayor will definitely provide more assists. I actually think he sees himself as a No.10 not a striker. He could play the 'Dempsey' Role behind Defoe. (ironically some would call it a 4-4-2) Like I've always said its just semantics.

I know he is lanky, but Ade must have some legs to kick a ball at WHL and at ACON in the same week.
