Wales 3-0 Scotland. Pashing with rain, Levein standing there no got a clue, tartan army calling for him to be scaked.
Will be kept on til the Belgium game where we get comfortably beaten and he'll be gone on the friday.
That's how I see the next week panning out
I can't see us getting 6 out of 6 at all, if we beat Wales and get humped by Belgium the SFA will probably still keep Levein in charge
Him and his stupid tinted gecks
Mcgregor
Hutton caldwell berra fox
adam
forrest brown fletcher Commons
fletcher
The only way we will have a chance is if we attack Wales, they are not a great side and Coleman is as bad a manager as Levein.
McGregor
Hutton
Caldwell
Berra
Mulgrew
Forrest
Brown
Fletcher
Maloney
Rhodes
Fletcher
Hopefully 2-1 Scotland
surely mulgrew would be a better shout than berra? he makes caldwell look like baresi ffs!
is it just me or are our full backs pretty pash at the minute?
Bardsley was always solid at LB, i take it he's injured?
we have very poor choice for RB imo.
midfield to front we should be able to do them some damage.
my biggest concern would be the back
McGregor
Hutton (please hurry Phil) Caldwell Mulgrew Fox
Forrest Brown Fletcher Morrison Commons
S.Fletcher
I agree commons should start but Levien would look pretty stupid if he doesnt include him in the squad then puts him in the team because of 1 call-off. Having said that its a disgrace that hes not in the squad in the first place.
Houston in the press today saying Steven Fletcher might not start.
I supported Levein through the Fletcher nonsense but now that he's apparently buried the hatchet what's there to prove? Get our in form striker on the park. Kenny 'cannae score in Canada' Miller better not start up front on his own.
well thats commons in the squad
so my teams bang on
Any money neither Fletcher nor Forrest start, they both should but I bet they don't. Commons won't start either. Levein's team will probably be :-
Mcgregor
Hutton
Caldwell
Berra
Fox
Morrison
Brown
Adam (if fit)
Fletcher
Maloney (would have been Naismith)
Miller
We can all see the flaws with this. Personally I'd go :-
McGregor
Hutton
Caldwell
Berra
Fox
Forrest
Brown
Adam
Fletcher
Maloney
Fletcher
I would maybe consider Morrison instead of Adam cos he has come into form and it would be a little more attack minded but that would be the only debate for me. I prefer quicker wide players than Commons but Commons is handy sub to have if it's not happening.
my teram would be
................McGregor
Hutton.....Caldwell....Mulgrew.....Fox
............Brown.........Fletcher
Forrest...........Commons..........Morrisson
...................Fletcher
Gunslinger
I like the look of line up and formation
Gunslinger. That's spot on. Only change I'd make is Webster for Caldwell. Total liability, can't stand him as a player. Otherwise spot on.
I'll eat my hat if Levein picks that lineup though.
I forgot about Mackie, no doubt Levein will have that waste of space in ahead of Forrest, Commons and Maloney!!
I think Mackie's a decent player. Maloney has done very little in a Scotland shirt. He was awful in the last games.
Forrest did a lot of running and can beat a man but his crossing was terrible in the first two games. If he can up his delivery then he'll be some player.
Commons should have been in the squad initially and should be starting but he won't. Levein is unlikely to start someone he didn't have in the squad in the first place. Commons is incosistent but when on form he's class and at the moment he's on form.
Agreed about Maloney but more so in the past. Thought he did well against Australia and while not great against Macedonia, the whole team was poor.
Wouldn't grumble at a start for Commons but I'd probably give Maloney another shot, he's done well for Wigan since getting himself fit again. Forrest should definitely start.
If Craig Brown was still in charge, Commons would be straight in the team, he used to call up replacements and fire them straight in the team all the time. Thankfully for us, Scott Gemmell was always already in the squad and never a late replacement!!
Gunslinger, loving the look of that side.
Hutton doesn't deserve the RB slot, put Fox on the right and Mulgrew on the left, he doesn't even play first team football. Living off his reputation as a once 8 million right back.
Also morrison in behind fletcher and commons on the left
