Don't be silly. Taking him to court would be counter productive. You don't always go to court when you are wronged only when it benefits you to do so. I'd prefer if Liverpool just let the matter die down as we could do with a lot less publicity than we've been getting for a while being the big club that we are

I understood exactly what you meant, it was an attempted deflection.
A solicitors letter threatening legal recourse should the'libellous' piece not be taken down, would not, in itself, draw any attention to LFC.
It would only attract publicity if the recipients disputed the assertions & had proof that they were indeed telling the truth & were prepared to let LFC take them to court.
The very fact that it appears that nothing is going to be challenged, points to them wanting this shoved under the carpet. Keep chomping on that mars bar....

What I am doing in Kenya is neither here nor there really. I can however confirm that there are absolutely zero (0) blues here as is the case in the rest of the world.
I'm sorry, but any organisation that is being libelled in any media is going to ask for a retraction or removal of said material.
If they leave it up, it basically says they have no grounds to have it removed, giving it credence.
By having it removed they are essentially discrediting the people that put it there, and in turn making an initially negative situation a positive one by clearing their reputation.

It's not what I believe, it's how it works. If a company is libelled then the very least they will demand is a removal of the libellous material.
However, that reality does fit with your latest defence of planet kopite, so you've therefore resorted to a non-sensical response, that challenges not one word of what I said, it merely tries (in vain) to suggest that my intelligence is somehow inferior to you, which is about as likely as Chang being squeaky clean.
