Sky Sports understands...
Possibly the biggest guff of a sentence in the history of the world.
skysports understands roughly translates into this..
skysports heard a rumour from big phil down at the gatehouse pub that fat dave saw someone get out of a taxi near ewood but thats only a rumour because dave heard it from loose lips lille
we became a laughing stock the day Venkys took over. and we will remain one until they sell the club,

As sad as this maybe, a really hope benjani signs his new deal, if kalinic leaves we have got 1 senior striker left. We are really bare boned everywhere. If we don't get some new signings, we will be relegated.
rovers95, unfortunately, Andy Cryer just tweeted that Benjani has decided not to resign. If even he won't play for us, what are we gonna do?

that is bad news. Not because he's any good, but because if someone as bad as Benjani doesn't want to sign for us then we are screwed!
Whilst 'sky sports understands...' may be derided there can be little doubt that Kalinic doesn't want to be at Rovers. Why would he when he can't make the bench despite scoring in international games. Untested Rochina is chosen in front of him and whilst that might be a reflection of his approach in training etc, you can't question why Niko would see his future away from us.
I would like Benjani to resign - I think he's better than others seem to believe (albeit getting on a bit ). As mentioned below however Bendtner (at realistic money) would be a great buy for us as a main striker.
So kalanic has become someone we cant afford to lose you say,we cant afford to lose him i agree as we will NOT get anywhere near the 7mln paid for him,i personally do not feel he is Prem quality,he looked ok someone said against Morecambe, but it is looking ok against say Bolton or Everton, notice i didnt even mention any of the top 4/5 clubs, get 5mln for him and i would say fair enough let him go,there is another 6/7 weeks of this window left so lots of things can develope yet.
What's the point in selling for 5mil if it results in less than 10p going into the kitty?
wtf is going on, if benjani doesn't want to sign we do have problems. what happened with pavone deal. This week as been a complete embarasment. What happned to all the names, defoe, cisse, witsel. That dispatches show didn't make it any easier.
You mean you thought we might sign Defoe?
Footballers who renew their contracts re-sign with their teams (note the hyphen). If they were to resign they would do the opposite - leave.
Things are going from bad to worse,I actually believe that we are being sold down the river. No player in his right mind would touch Rovers at this moment in time. Its like the lunatics are running the asylum!
Not quite correct.....the lunatics own the asylum!!
