Aqua(that was at least a present) and Shakespear's Sister are probably the top 2 on my shame list.
Aqua
Although I'd have loved a go on the lead singer from Aqua
Stay was a quality song by Shakespear's Sisters but I don't think I could tell you another song they did if my life depended on it
I just happened to mention that I thought 'Dr Jones' was quite catchy, then I ended up with it as a birthday present. I think the birds name was lennie...ironic for the Celtic board...
I own more than one Happy Hardcore CD
I also have a few death metal albums
Got Neil Young's 1st 4 albums on cd last week for a ten spot. Got 3 on vinyl but seldom play them. Some bargain.
I did something similar a few months ago and discovered a few gems that I'd not listened to in ages..
Bloodhound Gang - Hooray for Boobies
Streets - Original Pirate Material
Hard Fi - Stars of CCTV
Limp Bizkit - Chocolate Starfish and the Hotdog Flavoured Water
But the duff ones..
Sharia Twain - Come on Over (don't ask)
James Blunt - Back to Bedlam (must've been having a rough day)
Five - 5ive (they were cool once )
B*Witched - B*Witched (I used to hate denim too)
I don't think the charity shops would even want them
B*witched...I had such a crush on the blonde one!
I've got loadsa Bonkerz cd's gus
Listened to them a wee while back and they are horrendous but did have some good pill popping times to them
You old farts. All my music is on my computer
Can't beat listening to a good album from start to finish
I've also gotta couple of rank pink flood albums

Vinyl's the best medium for music rather than the disposable crap of digitized stuff.
I am just jesting I ahve a fine CD collection of 300+ albums, none of this singles shizz for me!
It wasnt just about the album, it was also about the album sleeve and its artwork!

Atheist my old man, passed his beatles Albums on to me, even though he aint deed!
Norwegian Wood on vinyl is the greatest song I have ever heard!

I've got mostly dance music on vinyl but also have some Clapton and Genesis
Pixies surfer rosa-come on pilgrim is a feckin great album
MC Hammer - Greatest hits. You can't touch this.
Vanilla Ice - To the extreme.
3rd, Stones Let it Bleed, 1st 2 Zep albums and Physical Graffiti...awsome on vinyl.
jukebox - I have three of those albums that you classed as gems. The only one I've not got is the Streets one.
Listening to albums all the way through is much better than just listening to whatever song comes on next on your itunes. And I'm sure I'm not the only one who find their favourite song from an album is one that wasn't released as a single.
ath - the last CDs I picked up were a selection of Motown albums that were selling for £1. Wouldn't say it was necessarily my kind of stuff but the likes of Aretha are always worth an occassional listen
I've got a Gil Scott Heron live album - Tour de Force - I think it's called.
Fantastic album
Just missed him playing what must have been one of his last UK gigs
Ivan, picked up a Motown cd from Poundland recently; all classic trax.
The best free album I got was aff I Homeless guy, cos I bought Big Issue aff him.
Mojo Blues Classics, obviously he got it fae a buying a copy of Mojo. He insisted I took it!
