Jewell Gone. . It had to come
Lets hope Deano becomes our Diamond, not a lump of old Whitby Jet
Jewell got the dreaded vote of confidence earlier in the week.
Cooper at Hartlepool also gone today.
Jeff Stelling for Manager of Hartlepool
The Sky could be the limit for Stelling.
And while we are on the subject of intrigue and the dangers of a "lack Footballers Association" I, as Leader of The Ballism Party am interested in starting a "White Footballers Association". Even in the Police there was a "Black Police Officers Association" but we were not allowed to form "A White Police Officers Association" I wonder if The F.A. and F.I.F.A. would back me as there is No prejudice in Football?
Sorry - A "Black Footballers Association" No Offence meant to them, just like Yankee. Fingers eyes and brain do not work at one time. er can I say Yankee?
Before the gates open. My wife was from The Republic of Ireland, as were two of my Grandparents. My son is an Irish Citizen (Republic) We have a Shamrock in the front Door Glass and have flown a Tri - Colour for over ten years since my wife died at home. I have three Irish tatoos. I AM NOT RACIST.
I agree with you ionly. The PFA is the Professional Footballers Association and it is there to represent all footballers regardless of race, religion or anything else. If a completely separate PFA is set up solely for black players, then that would in itself be racist - as it would presumably prevent players of any other race (not just white) from joining. If the PFA is not doing enough to properly represent its members who are subjected to any form of discrimination, then surely the answer is for the debate to be had within the PFA and for the PFA to sort itself out.
I totally agree and you know what I meant I believe, so did hound but he did not want to go that far.. You know hound that in the family stand around P241 you get a good view and it is cheaper. I will be there next Saturday. You might get the old man there unless he goes in the Family Box ha ha
ionly mate - you know that i agree with everyone on here about the racist thing.
There is no place for it.
I was just being facetious.
On a good day i can facetiece (?) for England ( or any other country just in case that is considered to be a racist comment).
Just out of interest, why will you be in the family stand at the keepmoat on Saturday when we are away at Notts County, it will be a bit quiet, well until you get there anyway mate.
I think I would rather be in the family stand with Bally on Saturday than listen to Donny on the radio!
Its leaves in a bit of a state.
Hound. I think I said Next Saturday and not this Saturday, Interpretation I think is misunderstood. This Saturday is the one nearest I believe and Next Saturday is the one after it, just like last Saturday we won at Home to Brentford or should that be against or versus????? . I know that you are not racist cos you is the forinor cos you and old man are from over the bridge and the water.
Alex when i read your comment above about " a bit of a state" it reminded me about when i was in New York looking at the World Trade Centre site a few years ago when they were clearing up the mess and got talking to a NYPD cop.
He asked where i was from and i said Doncaster.
He asked me "What State is that in"?
I just said "About the same as this place really"
Scraping the Barrel Mate. I was told another bloke told him that he was from Stainy and asked for some bricks.
Hey Hound..... I sent an e-mail Yesterday to Hatfield T.C......... Regarding a matter very close to my heart... I told them that should there be a need for a Co - opted Councillor in the near future then I wish to be considered. I may also stand at the Full Council elections. Told them that I have No Political Party interests , other than being a member of "The Ballism Party" for the benefit of others. I trust I can count on your vote and also family members, the old man was very taken aback.
Hound,
I was in Southern Ireland on Sherkin Island when that happened. It was of those incidents that you remember where you where at that point in time.
When the first tower collapsed my first comment to the wife was "That's a lot of Fireman that won't be going home tonight".
In 30 years as a fireman in London I thought I had seen some sights that could't be beaten but that incident was terrifying.
Even worse than listening to Rovers Player with Donny on 19% possession.
Alex, you are right.
I remember that i called at my dads house on that particular day and he said it had been on the telly and at first he thought he was watching a film.
I had just come out of Hatfield Cemetery and set off in car, the radio was turned on and heard the news. I got home quick, like your dad hound, I could not enter the realisation. If you ever saw the first "War of the Worlds" It started with a newscast and Nothing else. At the age of around 19yrs . I thought it to be true . That too was Horrible
Councillor ionly.
As i have no particular political allegiance i am available to offer my vote to the right candidate.
If you can get the footpaths on high street resurfaced to a better standard and possibly the road it will lean me towards voting for you.
Also, on occasion, i have been walking the dogs on the jubilee fields and down the lanes behind the marina when out of nowhere has come a kid on a quad bike or mini motorbike riding at speed.
If anything is said to the kid it usually results in a rude response or a parent getting involved.
Now you know as well as i do that the motorbikes are not supposed to be in those areas so if you could guarantee that you would get it stopped then you would definatily get my vote.
What was that saying?
What did the Romans do for us?
are you sure it wasn't Bally on the quad bike?
mid life crisis?
I can see it now....
