I think the maintenance may be a problem, Mordor. But I have an idea. Perhaps you should post a link to an SPL predictor page, I know the BBC used to run one and so do the Clydesdale Bank. We should all join a mini-league together, but use our JA606 usernames as our usernames on another site.

I am interested as well. In the SPL predicting the weekly results are quite easy but the correct score-lines can sometimes be strange. I.e, Motherwell 6-6 Hibs. Celtic 9-0 Aberdeen.

The good thing about a league on the forum is you can get a bit of banter going as well. The BBC predictor crashed after two weeks last season and is still not up yet even though the SPL kicks off on Saturday.

I have done the clydesdale bank one before but where a 606 one works well is that you can see what others have predicted and I can also potentially remind people to post.

Last year I also done an analysis of results most weeks so that people who done well got a bit of credit whilst those who done rubbish got the abuse that was deserved.

Should I multi tag this one? Bin the other article?

I agree Bluetoonger, it is interesting to see what everyone else got. That is why I liked the BBC one. But yet again it crashed and the BBC did not fix it. First that then 606, it is a complete joke!

What peed me off last year about the BBC 606 one was I was actually only 5 points off first before they suspended it, gutted. The season before that I was getting beat aff off the Sportsound team.

The BBC are a complete and utter joke when it comes to Scottish Football. They have all the rights to broadcast highlights and put it on the radio, yet they do not use it well.

Sportscene only has a commentator for two games, which is probably always the Old Firm. It omits important incidents from the highlights. The pundits are always so boring. Take Craig Patterson, he cannot pronounce the word penalised. Then we have Craig Levein who never seems to encourage attacking play.

Craig Levein is going to destroy the national game.

He predicts Celtic for everything just because everyone knows he is a Rangers fan he tries to swing it the other way to give the impression he is impartial. It is the same with Hugh Keevins apart from it is obvious he is a Celtic fan.
